The aura, chakras and kundalini are all part of Psychic Training. You must learn all about the chakras.
We all have an aura – whether we can see it or feel it or not. The aura is made of a more “subtle” substance than is the physical body, but this does not make it any the less real, or in fact any the less physical – it is simply physical in a different way. The aura is affected by all kinds of things: the way we think, who we talk to, our environment and so on.
A skilled psychic, or clairvoyant, can see the aura, and tell a lot about a person from what they see. But even people who do not consider themselves remotely psychic can sometimes sense what a person is like by tuning in to the person’s aura instinctively. more info schoolofuniversalcorehealing.com
The condition of the aura affects the condition of the physical body, and vice versa. The spiritual healing technique is about bringing harmony and balance through the chakras (see below) into the aura, where it must, by the Divine law of nature, have its reflection in the physical body.
Subtle energies flow in and out of us through the chakras, also known as the psychic centres. The spine is like a stem and the chakras are like flowers growing from this stem, through the body, and out a few inches in front of the body, in the aura. Our thinking and our health are inextricably linked with the flow of energy through the chakras, which makes an understanding of them very important.
The seven major chakras are as follows:
|English name||Sanskrit name||Approximate location|
|Base Centre||Muladhara||Base of the spine|
|Sex Centre||Svadhishthana||Between the base of the spine and the navel|
|Solar Plexus Centre||Manipura||Just above the navel|
|Heart Centre||Anahata||The chest region|
|Throat Centre||Vishuddha||The throat|
|Christ Centre or Third Eye||Ajna||The forehead|
|The Crown Centre (also: The Brahma Chakra)||Sahasrara or Brahma-cakra||Above the head|
Kundalini is a mystical power located at the base of the spine, sometimes referred to as “the serpent power”. It is a female force, connected with the Mother Earth, and in some eastern traditions is revered as a Goddess. Whether we are aware of this power or not – whether we believe in it or not – we are completely dependent upon it. Everything we do, we are only able to do thanks to kundalini. the main, if not the only reason, we are here on Earth is to learn to control this power, and raise it, in its entirety, up the spine. As it rises, it activates the chakras, explained briefly above.
In most people a part of kundalini rises up the front of the body, which results in emotionalism, among other things. Whereas a very advanced yogi (practitioner of yoga) is able to raise kundalini in its entirety up the spine through each chakra in turn. A yogi capable of such a feat will develop tremendous psychic abilities which have to be controlled – either by being used in service to others, or by being rejected. As a result, the yogi can enter the higher states of consciousness, and, beyond this, ultimately – of cosmic consciousness .
All spiritual practice, religion, worship and unselfishness pave the way for, or actively bring about, the rise of kundalini. In most cases this is a very slow process. There are however certain practices which are quicker than others. In kundalini yoga, this power is forced up the spine. This is a very dangerous practice unsuitable for the vast majority of spiritual students and is therefore not recommended
The kundalini will rise in natural, unforced fashion. Though less immediate than kundalini yoga, this is a much safer and surer path to enlightenment – and beyond. This is the type of yoga which regards as the most important.
