The Chakras And Psychic Training

The aura, chakras and kundalini are all part of Psychic Training.  You must learn all about the chakras.

The aura

We all have an aura – whether we can see it or feel it or not. The aura is made of a more “subtle” substance than is the physical body, but this does not make it any the less real, or in fact any the less physical – it is simply physical in a different way. The aura is affected by all kinds of things: the way we think, who we talk to, our environment and so on.

A skilled psychic, or clairvoyant, can see the aura, and tell a lot about a person from what they see. But even people who do not consider themselves remotely psychic can sometimes sense what a person is like by tuning in to the person’s aura instinctively. more info schoolofuniversalcorehealing.com

The condition of the aura affects the condition of the physical body, and vice versa. The spiritual healing technique is about bringing harmony and balance through the chakras (see below) into the aura, where it must, by the Divine law of nature, have its reflection in the physical body.

The chakras

Subtle energies flow in and out of us through the chakras, also known as the psychic centres. The spine is like a stem and the chakras are like flowers growing from this stem, through the body, and out a few inches in front of the body, in the aura. Our thinking and our health are inextricably linked with the flow of energy through the chakras, which makes an understanding of them very important.

The seven major chakras are as follows:

English name Sanskrit name Approximate location
Base Centre Muladhara Base of the spine
Sex Centre Svadhishthana Between the base of the spine and the navel
Solar Plexus Centre Manipura Just above the navel
Heart Centre Anahata The chest region
Throat Centre Vishuddha The throat
Christ Centre or Third Eye Ajna The forehead
The Crown Centre (also: The Brahma Chakra) Sahasrara or Brahma-cakra Above the head

Kundalini

Kundalini is a mystical power located at the base of the spine, sometimes referred to as “the serpent power”. It is a female force, connected with the Mother Earth, and in some eastern traditions is revered as a Goddess. Whether we are aware of this power or not – whether we believe in it or not – we are completely dependent upon it. Everything we do, we are only able to do thanks to kundalini.  the main, if not the only reason, we are here on Earth is to learn to control this power, and raise it, in its entirety, up the spine. As it rises, it activates the chakras, explained briefly above.

In most people a part of kundalini rises up the front of the body, which results  in emotionalism, among other things. Whereas a very advanced yogi (practitioner of yoga) is able to raise kundalini in its entirety up the spine through each chakra in turn. A yogi capable of such a feat will develop tremendous psychic abilities which have to be controlled – either by being used in service to others, or by being rejected. As a result, the yogi can enter the higher states of consciousness,  and, beyond this, ultimately – of cosmic consciousness .

All spiritual practice, religion, worship and unselfishness pave the way for, or actively bring about, the rise of kundalini. In most cases this is a very slow process. There are however certain practices which are quicker than others. In kundalini yoga, this power is forced up the spine. This is a very dangerous practice unsuitable for the vast majority of spiritual students and is therefore not recommended

The kundalini will rise in natural, unforced fashion. Though less immediate than kundalini yoga, this is a much safer and surer path to enlightenment – and beyond. This is the type of yoga which regards as the most important.

Chakra Clearing The Right Way of doing it.

Chakra clearing and the right way of doing it.  Many people repeat chakra clearing techniques  with no real progress.  Why?

Chakra clearing techniques are infinite.  More techniques then I can remember.  The main reason your chakras need healing is because of a recycling karmic imprint inside your chakra.  Causing  an imbalance in them. Finding out the exact karmic imprints that is recycling inside your chakras maybe difficult to impossible unless you are a train very accurate spiritualist medium.  Here is a video of a spiritual healing that involved chakra clearing and purification of karmic imprints.

This article will focus on Chakra cleansing. If you’re unsure about what a chakra is or why a chakra cleanse is necessary, don’t worry. This article will explain it all. It will look at what chakras are to begin with before moving on to why your chakras may be closed or unclean and how to clean or chakras. If you’re not a particularly spiritual person or you simply don’t subscribe to the idea of chakras, in most cases you can use these same techniques as a form of meditation. So they will work one way or another.

What are Chakras?

To put it simply, chakras are energy hubs or centers. If you imagine your body like a railway line, the first station would be at the top of your head and the bottom is your tailbone. Each chakra between these two is like other stations that the train has to pass. If it can’t pass a station then the line gets blocked and the passengers can’t reach their stops and complete their journey. The passengers in this metaphor represent energy. There are 7 chakras, each located at a different point on the body’s energy line.

Where are your Chakras?

Starting at the top you have the Crown Chakra. This is located at the very top of the head or the upper half of the brain. The second chakra is the Third Eye Chakra which is located between your eyebrows on your forehead. Next is the Throat Chakra which is of course located in the throat. Our fourth chakra is the Heart Chakra which you can find slightly above the heart. Fifth is the Solar Plexus Chakra which is located in the abdomen just below the ribcage. Next is the Sacral Chakra which you’ll find just below the belly button. Finally, there is the Root Chakra which is at the base of the spine around the tailbone area.  more info

Why is Chakra Cleansing Necessary?

chakra cleanse is important as a blocked chakra stops the flow of energy. This can interfere with day-to-day life but it can also create a spiritual block. This could start out as psychological symptoms: feeling distant, unable to concentrate, a lack of motivation, perhaps even feelings of depression; If left untreated it can lead to physical symptoms such as headaches (for your Crown or Third Eye Chakras) or stomach pains for the Solar Plexus or Sacral Chakras. You can either chakra cleanse regularly whether blocked or not or you can resort to cleansing chakras only when symptoms strike.

Chakra Cleansing Techniques

By now you’re probably wondering how to clean your chakras. There are various methods related to cleansing chakras. You can perform a chakra cleaning meditation for all your chakras at once which helps the general flow of energy. Alternatively, you can do chakras cleansing meditation for each individual chakra. If you have the time and energy, doing both would be the best option. If your time is restricted then you can do a chakras cleansing meditation on whichever chakra is creating problems by being blocked.

Multiple Chakras Cleansing Meditation

This form of chakra cleansing is similar to normal meditation. You need to find somewhere quiet, ideally where you won’t be disturbed and sit or lie down in a comfortable position. When starting out a multiple chakras cleansing meditation, start by taking some deep breaths. Focus on the breaths themselves until you feel yourself entering into a trance-like state. Visualise a beam of white energy shining down from above onto your Crown Chakra. Focus on that chakra and the energy flowing into it until the chakra unblocks itself, allowing the energy to flow through to the next one.

You’ll need to do this all the way down to the Root Chakra. Once you reach this final chakra, spend some time allowing the energy to flow easily through all 7 chakras. Don’t rush to finish as there could still be negative energy located within your energy flow or chakras. Imagine it as a sort of dialysis for your soul’s energy. Once the chakra cleansing is complete, you can end the chakra cleaning meditation.

Individual Chakra Cleaning Meditation

When it comes to a chakra cleanse for individual chakras, you’ll need to take certain things into consideration. An individual chakra cleaning meditation needs to relate to each specific chakra. The Crown Chakra represents a connection to everything: the entire universe, physical and spiritual. The simplest chakra cleansing technique is meditation or prayer. For the Third Eye Chakra, you’ll need to use its connection to light to cleanse it. View your body as a solar panel: you need the sun’s energy to charge your positive energy. The Throat Chakra cleansing requires open space outside. Ideally, you would want to meditate under a blue sky or at least where you can see the sky.

Cleansing the Remaining Chakras

The Heart Chakra cleansing is also a simple enough procedure. Using the association it has with air, take deep, full breaths while meditating or while outside, somewhere with clean air. When it comes to the Sacral Chakra, you’ll want to use some form of water to aid in the chakra cleanse. In an ideal world, swimming in natural waters such as a river or lake would be best. This would allow you to channel the Earth’s natural energy. Failing that, a shower or bath helps cleanse your body and soul alike. Finally, you have the Root Chakra. There is a connection between the Root Chakra and the Earth. Walking around in nature (ideally barefoot) will help to recharge this chakra’s energy and clear the chakra.

Closing Notes

Hopefully, this information will help you know how to clean your chakras. If you have any doubts about the openness of a chakra, carrying out a chakra cleaning meditation for your overall energy is a useful technique to make sure. It also helps remove the likelihood of further chakra blockage. Chakra cleansing as a regular activity is always a smart move.
